NJ Historic Property Reinvestment Program – Eligibility, Requirements & How to Apply
Virtual learning session will focus on providing detailed information on program eligibility, how the program works and step-by-step guidance on the application process. NJEDA staff will discuss how to determine if your property and project are eligible for the program, will go over program requirements, and will walk attendees through the application process. Additionally, the session will provide in-depth information on how to address scoring criteria items as part of the application process.

The session will led by NJEDA's Director of Historic Preservation, Aidita Milsted, and Senior Project Officer for Historic Preservation Michael Wierzbicki.
